A good news for real estate marketers of Gurgaon is that the much awaited Dwarka expressway gets national highway status. Union Minister has declared of this status last year which is now accomplished by NHAI (National Highway Authority of India). According to NHAI’s notice 28 km long Dwarka express way starting from Shiv Murti in Delhi and ends in Kherki Dhaula in Gurgaon. Accomplishment of the road way project will give a solution of alternate route between Delhi – Gurgaon, which ensures the realtors of completing the delayed projects in Gurgaon.
Real estate builders are waiting for this completion of the road as it is expected this road will reduce traffic hazards and consume less time in reaching the destination. Moreover NHAI specified the speed limit upto 80 kmph on this way. This ensures the security of journey as well as supply chain availability will also get support. Real estate developers are happy as it increases the infrastructure of the area and will hack more investors.
Dwarka Expressway covers some special roads and turning point. As we heard before it starts from Delhi Shiv Murti and ends in Kherki Dhaula, it passes through UER-II which is aligned to Terminal-3 of Delhi Airport. This road is stretched to Barthal Chowk (junction of sector 25-26 Dwarka). From this turning point the road takes turn in left and goes straight upto Kherki Dhaula in Gurgaon.
Further information about the expansion of the roads was leaked that NHAI has started land acquisition for 2.1 km stretch. Approximately 24 hectares of land will be covered to complete the entire Delhi part of the expressway. On the proposition the main road is promised to have eight lanes with three main lanes on each side. It would be intersected by a flyover to experience a hassle free journey.
